John J King is a boston-based Playwright, Musician, and Spectaclist creating live performances that actively
engage the audience in celebration and humanity. J-RexPlays supports human bonds, face-to-face fun, and
aims to foster the unique connections between people working and playing in a room together, as opposed to
virtual (wired, wireless, mobile) connections.

JJK is committed to:

1. Fun and Danger in live performance by actively including audiences in the creation of the live
event and nurturing possibilities of chaos and unpredictability with them.

2. Engaging audiences and artists of different backgrounds (ethnic, economic, experiential, national)
to create and enjoy spectacular live art and events.

3. Addressing all artists and humans with a standard high level of respect and appreciation.

4. Creating immediate, unrepeatable live arts events which actively engage the audience, offered up
for fiscally irresponsible low costs.

5. Using local artists and vendors, as well as utilizing creative effort as the fundamental resource to all
endeavors, putting to use recycled/reused/found supplies for sets and costumes.
