Co-Producer, Event Planning, Front of House. A sold out conversation on the work of Lawren Harris. Guest-curator Steve Martin spoke alongside artist Eric Fischl, the New Yorker's Adam Gopnik, and MFA Director Matthew Teitelbaum. The event took place in the Shapiro Family Courtyard - a never-before-used event space in which seating, sound, projection, and live translation had to be designed for this one-night-only event. As part of the StageSource Gender Parity Initiative, I spearheaded the StandingO and Parity Party Program, driving attendance to plays written by women. These targeted performances combined pre-show gatherings, discounted tickets, and special post-show events. Parity Parties led to demonstrative increase of programming women-written plays in Boston. |
