Inspired by Steven Soderbergh's annual list, and also just curious to get a big picture view of what my brain is digesting, I started recording my culture diet in September, 2015. Below are the results.

Days with "--" signify nothing was "completed" on that day; usually means I was reading the next finished book on the list.

For those who like tallies that's:
124 total, of which
94 had a white male as the primary authorial voice, which means:
75.8% of my intake was by white men.

46 episodes of television
53 films
13 books
8 live plays.

For many reasons, I have decided to make 2016 The Year of No White Men. I will not be reading anything with a white male as the primary authorial voice. Check out my list here to see what I'm hoping to get through.
